CAR PARKING: Free parking available onsite at Abbeystowe. (NB: very limited). Please carpool where possible.
To keep costs low for this event, we do not have any buses running to the festival site (Friday only) but do have a dedicated drop and go location inside the parking site.
Disability parking has been allocated – please display the relevant dashboard sticker.
DIRECTIONS: (NB: Your GPS may not have the latest up-to-date road changes for this region). As with all large events, traffic will be busy both coming and/or leaving the event site. Please be patient.

ABOUT YOUR DAY: We encourage you to come dressed in your medieval attire – many visitors do - although this is not compulsory! Mornings can be chilly but the middle of the day can be quite warm.
For a comfortable and fun day BRING A HAT, SUNSCREEN AND A REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE.
FOOD AND DRINKS: There will be a range of food and drink stalls for you to purchase from. You are also welcome to bring your own picnic! The Stag Inn is a licensed venue and offers medieval style food.
NB: there are multiple free water re-filling stations on site.
NO professional cameras with detachable lenses. No drones or non-mobile phone video recorders
PLEASE LEAVE YOUR POOCH AT HOME: Sorry, the public are NOT permitted to bring dogs or other animals to the Festival (except certified service animals, such as disability assistance dogs and police dogs).
