This year, we're excited to unveil some incredible new features at the festival. While we’re keeping a few surprises under wraps, make sure your phones are fully charged—there will be countless photo opportunities you won’t want to miss!
New for 2025: The Sunflower Children’s Hub:
For the first time, our Children’s Hub will feature an Animal Petting Farm & Photo Booth (thanks to Bendigo Bank)! Kids can also enjoy Urban Utilities Seed Bomb Making, a variety of art and craft activities, face painting, and sunflower-themed temporary tattoos. This is all included in your ticket!
Live Entertainment:
Delight in live performances every day with an exciting lineup of talented artists, including fresh faces to keep you entertained.
Interactive Workshops & Activities
Enhance your festival experience with our pre-bookable workshops and activities, including:
- Yoga in the Sunflowers – A peaceful and scenic way to connect with nature.
- Helicopter Rides – Take in breathtaking views of the sunflower fields from above.

- Flower Crown Workshops – Craft your own floral masterpiece.

The River 94.9 Maze returns, now with even more surprises.

- The Mater Devonshire Tea Marquee, serving fresh scones with jam and cream, plus sandwiches.
- Special event lunches and a gala dinner.
- A wide variety of food trucks with options to suit all tastes.
Browse through market stalls bursting with sunflower-themed goodies and unique treasures to take home.
Pick Your Own Sunflowers:
Build your own bouquet for just $2 a stem or grab a pre-cut bunch as you leave the festival. Every flower sale supports our charity partners, thanks to the efforts of our incredible volunteers.
Sunflower Rock Memorial:
A new heartfelt project sponsored by Granite Belt Gourmet. Purchase a yellow painted rock for $2, write the name of your lost loved one and place in our sunflower rock area. All funds raised going to cancer care.
Sunflower Community Mural Project:
Join in and paint a small piece of our community mural project. You will find it at the end of the Sensory Garden. Once finished our special murals will be donated to community organisations. This is a new initiative for 2025 and has kindly been designed by Mandy Wildie from Art by AJ
Enhanced Accessibility:
Our sensory garden is back, bigger and better, along with an extended wheelchair-accessible track, ensuring everyone can experience the joy of the festival.

Parking:
Parking is free, please follow the traffic controllers down Warumkarie Road and enter our 16 acre parking area, there will be attendants to show you where to park.
